So do you think this is a short body green terror or just very fat? it was in with a bunch of regular green terrors but something doesn't look right. Also in a nearby tank there were short body green terrors but they were really short bodied, like round. Is this the missing link between the two? Short guy that ended up in the wrong tank? or just really fat?

Not a short body, awsome fish tho. There is such thing as a short body gt, wether its a genetic mutation or two short bodys breeding. Idk what your talking about

a long time ago I had a female short body green texas that spawned with a regular green terror and produced about 50% short body fry. I know that it is just a mutation not cross species breeding. I just thought he seemed really fat for a regular green terror. Regardless though im happy I picked him up. He seems really laid back and outgoing too, always up at the front of the tank.

Looks like a growing gt. For sire not short body

There's no such fish as short body GT! GT's won't breed outside of its gene.
Yours is regular GT.

That's a normal GT. Short body GTs do exsist, not somthing I would own however.
