Shots of my 210- How do I improve it?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
the white rocks dont go well with the sand IMO. get some more natural looking river stone (larger and darker colors) and mix it up with the sand. i also say avoid the little "path" pattern you have there as youll never see this in a natural setting.

throw in a few large boulders with some driftwood and youll be good to go!

I like how you have arranged the rocks, makes it look like a little river with sandbanks on each side. Too bad you don´t want plants. It would have looked good with an anubias bush on the left side of the "river" and 3-4 mossballs on the other side.

Drive north a couple hundred miles and hand it over.

Take white stones out, go with natural sand and some larger rockwork and driftwood. Add a few very low light green plants and I'm sure it'll look excellent.

personally i would go with a different gravel, paint the back black, and get rid of that horn :-)

The back is painted black. What you see is just a reflection from my flash....

Why is everyone hating on my white stones? LOL:)

And I have grow outs in there currently if you read the thread;)

Any more suggestions?

I don't hate the white stones, but the tank would look better without them in my opinion, but the person that gets to decide is you.

I think I will probably keep them, atleast for a while. I may eventually take all of the sand out and go with the river rock....

Now that i have taken time to actually read instead of drooling, go with some long slender pieces of drift wood to make it look like a branchy tree has fallen, that'll give the natives some natural cover and you can slowly take out more of the drift wood as the fish grow.

Well I'll be!! You DO have some fishies in there! Ha!!

Driftwood be a very nice touch. If you could get some really branchy ones that would be best. Some large, rocks would work nicely in there as well. TONS of it around here where I am living, I could bring you up some on the 9th. ;)

Some large stones/ rocks and a large peice of wood would look great in there .
