Shots Of The 55g

To go along with the other thread, here is my 55g.


The SDs were just moved from the 40 Breeder yesterday, and have already started to form a bond with the Sens and Lap. My BGK is indifferent.

And the Queen of the tank:

Unfortunately my camera can't pick up my BGK because the slate rock he hides behind blends in perfectly when taking pictures. He's quite the sight in person though.

ur sd's look exactly like mine only a bit bigger haha
and just thought id thhrow this out there, 1 medium sized really bright fish would totally pop in that tank
and btw it looks like ur big sen bumped his nose?

Trust me man, I've been trying to figure out what would be 'the' fish to put in... I haven't decided what it is yet though.

I love how the SDs look with the barebottom black on black, so i'm probably going to add two more of those... Besides that, I can't make up my mind on what else I want (besides the obvious - more bichirs). Off the top of my head I can't really think of anything that would stay in a 55g for life that isn't a cichlid. Hmmm....

lol That's just part of her nose... The extensions are more white on her than the other ones, and at those angles they do look like sores kinda.

oh very nice, my ornates broke off their barbels smashing themselves into the hood but now they are slowly growing back and they look kinda like that. do ur sd's eat plants? mine seriously dont like plant stuff, and shred silversides

lol... My silver dollars used to shred any left over fish fillet chunks from the BGK and Bichir feedings. I think they just like to eat.
