As long as the silicone is truly making a seal and the tank is level, then I wouldn't be worried. Hard to judge from pic. Air bubbles can easily get trapped in.
I have had older tanks in the past that the edges were shot nearly completely on them but between the panes was still fine and they held.
If that concerned, you can always can scrape, tape, and reseal?
