Drip means to drip your current water from your tank into a container that the bass is in. It's just so the bass can accumulate to your current systems water. I think it's a better way then the "soak and drop" way. As stated before, it might or might not work. Given that the bass are mid to top level swimmers, competition for swimming space could be a factor.
Thanks!!!! U have helped me alot! But in 6 months of cuz the jar will also be bigger!Depends on how well you keep your fishes. Jars, paroons and AT's are a lot more hardy then pbass (IMO). I never had a incident were my Jar killed or even beat up any of my fish. I don't think the bass will die, but if you do get it...keep a keen eye on the jar. Just so you know, that bass is a Tem and will out grow your jar in about 6 months.
arowpower - trust haychinook - the tem will grow v fast
If i would to get him, He would go with my jardini. But do u think he would survive in the tank with the jardini?? If i got it , what should i do first acclimate?? Can u ttell me what to do ?Thanks
Hi AroPower, I am currently keeping Peacock Bass together with my Saratoga (Jardini) and they get along fine. The Saratoga should be slightly larger so he will be the 'boss' fish in the tank.
