Definitly talk with lfs today..but at the same time don't worry that he is not eating right away..he did not even settle into the tank yet so it will take some time to eat no matter what the food..Kobi9019;784373; said:

Well I forgot to post this yesterday, but he was swimming at the surface of the tank and would dart around the tank randomly, and I came home to see him dead
. i checked the tank parameters and the Ammonia was really high. I was stupid enough to put him in with a pearl gourami, 2 dats, and a bichir in a 10 gallon. I did put at least 5X the dose of cycle though so I'm pretty mad. Plz don't bash me for my stupid mistake.

I am devestated as i know you must be... how absolutely awful.
Yea I had a feeling that he wasn't doing too well last night, but I was hoping for the best... Next time I wont make that mistake again
Yea sry about that, it was a beautiful fish. I found out after research that it's a tiger knifefish/Carapo Knife. Tommorow I'm going to return him and a Redtail Shark that died within an hour after being introduced into another tank.
I have a 55, but my Beardie is in it, and I don't know whether or not it leaks yet. I have like a 2-3" Pearl Gourami, 2 1" Dats, and a 2-3" Bichir probably Delhezi. The knife was 4-6" So quite a bit of bioload for a 10 gallon, but I had a Penguin 150 running 15X overturn, and I do at least 1 50% W.C every week on it.
