Should I make the move?

Good to hear all is well so far.
Now they will compete for food even more and get bigger faster.
 
Well rather than starting a new thread Im gonna bump this and essentially ask the same question lol. My Orinos are now about 5 inches, fat and healthy. My new kels are about 4 inches and fully pellet trained and fat and happy now. From the behavior ive witnessed with the kels they are showing plenty of aggresion between eachother and the two convicts I have growing out with them. Does anyone think its safe to move them over to the 180? Total 4 bass & two convicts.

Im not really worried about the cons taking a beating either. They are more of a pretty clean up crew.
 
I think you'd be alright I had my 4" Azuls in with my 7-8" Xingu and Azul and they were fine together

Yeah, you guys are awesome though so I always ask first ha. I'm new at this so it ain't gonna hurt to ask! My orinos never ganged up on eachother so I'm hoping they leave the 4 kels alone as well. The only time they went in beast mode is when I put a flag tail in there. Poor guy didn't last 4 hours. Thanks guys.

All were ok this morning. There's a fair amount of chasing going on though. I'll have to keep an eye on it but when feeding time came It was pretty cool. I've never had the pleasure of feeding 8 bass at once lol. All good when the lights are off so I guess for a while there will be minimum lighting until they get used to each other. Orinos are complete arses.
