Should I reseal my tank?

Perhaps, but I would have to do it in the house at this point with the cold weather outside and am not risking moving my tank to the garage because of that and it is my "show" tank. So based on my description and the fact that it is not leaking, is it, in fact, necessary? I get that its a good idea, but I have never run accross this issue before. Some say that bubbles are normal.
 
True. Just take some good photos of the corners for reference in the future. if they get bigger, then take care of it. But bubbles can happen when the tank is put together sloppy. You should be good.

Its not as noticable when the water is in, but it has been this way since I got the tank (ithink) with no issues yet. Its more ugly than anything but not sure its worth all of the cutting and fumes involved.
