Should I see a doctor?

I'm going to give it a week and if it doesn't clear up or anything I'm off to the docs.

well, if you want to be sure, go to your doctor, but if you want to know the truth, everybody passes protein in their urine, its a result of not drinking enough water. your body needs a lot of water to process protein and such, as it helps make it easier for your kidneys to filter your blood. im not saying from being dehydrated, im saying from drinking some, but not enough. thats why everybody's urine is yellow from time to time.

maybe. you use a lot of fluids when exercising. try drinking more water when you're not at the gym

Just have a complete physical... everyone should have one once a year.... a little blood work and a check up will let you know...

just call the doc and ask........stop taking supplements and eat a balanced diet
