Should I see a doctor?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I havent seen a doctor for over a year and before that it was several years. I need ot go again just as a routine to make sure Im fine. Its a good thing to do it routinely, get a physical, etc.

Anytime I experience something weird with my body it worries me, so you should think the same. Anytime theres aproblem, the key is to find out early and treat it.

Your so right, my friend! GET TO THE DOCS, LIAM! ASAP

lol yes I'm body building. and I eat like 80 grams of protein a day. I dono though, I still heard it was bad to pass protein through urine.

to build muscle mass try a diet of 80 percent protein, 10% carbs and 10% fat

add some basic amino acids along with l-carnitine and you will be all set imho

I way 64 kg. which is like 130pounds... I'm 6 foot 1 as well. I'm very underweight, but it's my extremely fast metabolism. unfortunately I haven't been to the gym since wednesday (it's Friday, Australia is a day ahead of the rest of world :)) because I did something to my back, somehow at school. so hopefully that clears up by monday. so I've cut down on the protein until I'm back in the gym.

I'm not exactly body building. it's turn a pretty lean kid to a pretty buff kid. but I do need more carbs. so I'm thinking of getting some wholemeal breads and rices, potatoes etc. for more carbs. I also need a lot more fat. my upper body (above pecs, not arms. collarbone and shoulders are completely bone and skin. not cool. so I do need alot more fat. I also need alot more fish in my diet.
