HONORURU, HAWAII!
Aloha guys...

well i got an offer from LFSource stating he might bring in some bahia's...pricing probably will be 125-130.

to be blunt, idk jack about pbass or why there's so much hype around them..but im pretty interested in trying to keep one. the ones being brought in are 1.5-2in.

how do these "rank" as opposed to other pbass? like ocell, putomayo, brokos etc...

sorry for the dumb q's but theyre BASS lol so i guess im just looking for a reason to jump on the bandwagon and try rearing one...hows the care/growth rate for them?

thanks in advance!

Brah,
You sure they bahia? Price seem low for the real deal.

seller told me was super cheap compared to regular.
He's legit... A. IMPORTZ on this forum and on forumshawaii.com...

Price seems right for 2" bahias.

"4-5" goes for $200 around here.

As far as pbass, all are nice, but the harder they are to find the more expensive they are. It depends on your preference and how deep your pockets are.

Wel heck go for it then ..One thing on kelberi they take a long time to develope there adult colors so be patiant ..Personally all p's are nice if well taken care of but thats just me..........As far as rating them they were harder to get a hold of a couple years ago now that people are breeding in captivity ..But right now they are sizzlen hot:nilly:to own,....

A. IMPORTZ bringing in Bahai's. Damn I might have to jump on that. Dats pretty cheap compare to brokopondo for 140.

A.IMPORTZ is the real deal! Wish I could get em for 125-130..especially if I could just pick em up and not pay shipping. And 140 for broko's is cheap as well. They have only been imported by Wes and Jeff. Them broko's are quite rare and sexy as well. Its all personal preference. But for 125-130 Id get atleast 3.

Kelberi are some of the harder pbass to keep, so keep that in mind. Not that they are fragile or anything like that but they are NOTORIOUS for refusing to eat anything other than live foods. Some people have had luck at it. If you can get them off of live, they are priceless imho.

damn im suuuuper tempted.
what do you feed them when theyre that small? and also what tank would you put them in? its gonna be either a 30 or an 85...so im thinking the 85 is better of course. bleagh
