Should i reinforce my floor for a 100g tank? I know no one can give me a for sure answer just looking for in put. It will span over 4 floor joist in the upstairs part of the house and will be sitting on a load bearing wall. The house is 24 years old.

I wouldn't worry about it. If it sits close to a load bearing wall you should be fine. If you can't help but worry slowly fill the tank and listen for any settlement in the framing. Filled your tank should weigh less than 900lbs.

My 72 is also in the corner of my room on the second floor as well. I would say its a great idea but it has held up just fine for the past year and a half.
