well assuming he could sneak to wherever he was getting robbed from, he could sneak to where ever he kept the firearms.

well most basements have a door that leads out side.... now most guys i know keep there fire arms(unless its a large amount needing large safes) in there bedrooms.... now if the robbers are in the living room then he would have to sneak back in and go up and get to his gun come on seriously think about it

rest of this is still cracking me up

Two wrongs do not make a right. If he was able to get outside to the van then the proper procedure would have been to get the license plate number then call the police. Stealing a car is stealing a car.
You are wrong dude, if they are robbing him and he takes their van, it is pretty much the same thing as stopping them from completing the act.

PS: Two negatives do make a positive in math.

I hope he wins the case if not hit him with his own car

I completely support the victim... Really, sometimes the Law should get a kick somewhere i'm thinking :irked:

I think everyone should have a monster tank with carnivores. We're MFKs, ain't we?
Just dump the thieves in that.

Make sure to have them "put the lotion on" first. Extra nutrients and minerals for fish.:WHOA:
