if you can get a large enuf tank to house one thats cool If not you need to make sure you will be able to get it off your hands when larger. Alot of peiople dont want them big some do.

I have one in my 210 gallon with my black arowana and a school or jurapari. Couldnt be happier. I just have to make sure to toss in some live food for him every once in a while. Makes a great arowana tank make, hes not aggrasive towards larger fish and pretty much just chills all day. Until I toss in a smaller koi. Bot him and my aro are about a foot and a half. Have a 8x4 acrylic tank on order for em. whoohoo
