Heres mine. Think its looking best in moonlight.
No big setup but I like it.

Here’s mine! When I first set it up I had tonnes of valisneria Java ferns moss and anubias and the top was completely covered in floating plants and never had a problem with the oscars rearranging it but when I added the silver dollars it was completely gone in 5 weeks!!!! So now it’s all fake

Wow that looks great!

And yeah, I used to keep silver dollars and I feel your pain. If it's organic material, rest assured they'll eat it. Mine would also out compete most of my other fish for any kind of food.

Yeah they’re definitely greedier than my oscars!! ? I call them my “herd” of silver dollars because they’re constantly grazing

beau1990 how did the jag and oscar do together just wondering?

They did fine while I had them the jag grew to about 7 or 8in and I had an equipment failure and lost every cichlid in the tank, the only fish that survived were the bichirs and catfish

beau1990 so sorry to hear that do you think that a jag could live long term with oscars? I mean it obviously depends on the fish but could it be done?

It's ok though I learned my lesson and I'm on the cichlid rebound with this handsome guy
