all of your dovii's are very nice! makes me really want one...where did you guys find yours around seattle? or did you have to order them in from rapps like you rec?

Most of the local fish stores in the seattle get their dovii's from local breeders and a few get them from breeders in florida. But if you want quality cichlids i'd go through Rapps. You can occasionally find good looking males at LFS but they are rare. GoodLuck

I thought that farm bred(line bred) fish in general are more colorful, that is why people are mass producing them. From my limited experience with the parachromis family, the F0 Costa Rican and F0 nicaraguan dovii that I used to keep were less colorful than yours. The only more colorful dovii that I saw in person is the red dovii that Bruce (georgies-cichlids.com) keeps.
