33 is the new 21 I hear ;)

I am a student at UM, currently a junior. Major is psychobiology/neuroscience. Premed is just a track, not really a major. I do research at the miami project to cure paralysis and a free mobile clinic, and am trying to get some connections (my boss at miami project is on the UM med school board of admissions :headbang2). My grandaddy was a tailor in brasil, and through my dad's efforts we were able to come to this country. I am working my butt off to get ahead in life, and hopefully will be get to be like you. I am at UM for free, because of grades in high school, sat scores, and like 30 scholarships. I love this hobby, and hopefully through work will be able to get more in depth than just a fish tanks (like arapaimag, johnptc, neo, you :))

I hope he does well. I couldn't go to ivy league because of lack of $$ :(. Like I said, I am only at UM for because it is free for me. I was actually accepted into stanford and yale. Oh well, i hope you get to retire early, and even better, begin to find things about your job you enjoy. Make the best out of it, and maybe someday you'll be fishing down here with me :)

BTW, I offer my apologies to the originator for totally hijacking this thread :D
