I'm fascinated by these fish and I know there's already this thread,Rift Lake Cichlids, but I see too many africans and eventually they bore me. I'm looking for shots of your Tanganyikans that you want to show off to the world. Big or small, colorful or drab:drool:, feeder:nilly: or showtank:popcorn: status, I want to see lake tanganyika.

Don't forget, it's not just cichlids I want to see, but also catfish, puffers, turtles, eels, etc...

Now amaze me...

the dark grey ones are "drainage" rocks from a construction site. Got them for free!!! Check your local landscaping yard they have assortments of rocks usually. And after rinse them well.

Really, well that's cool, but I was walking up my hill today and found these great looking rocks, not exactly what I wanted but at least they were free. They're actually sitting outside in a bucket of water mixed with half a cup of white vinegar so they can leech whatever they have in them.

Hey, keep on postin' pics you guys!

Wow, the color on this fish is amazing. I love the deep redish orange. I'm gonna have to do some research on this fish.

Pitbull, do you have any advice for keeping multis cause I've been wanting to get a few for a while now, but I got sidetracked with my failed diy background.
