She started following him around and I believe she will catch up to him in size he eats like a minnow and she eats like a horse
 
I would be surprised if she gets bigger than him, females can top out at 12", males at 16"
 
My male is a solid 11" my females about 7", there's no way my males gonna hit 16 he don't eat enough, I mean I hope he hits 16 that would be great!
 
average is around 14" for a male. takes a few years. long as he eating a quality pellet and protein treats twice a week and great water quality he will grow nice and large. and mean.
 
Talk about mean my big males just nearly had my hand off trying to put new netting over my fx intake , he ripped the rest off and the fry started getting sucked in , I had to get the gf to keep him back with a spray bar pipe lol

:ROFL: I always put the pre filter socks on when the water down during water change for just that reason.

needless to say this when they wigglers. I sucked way to many fry learning the hard way,lol
 
I wonder if its possible for them to survive inside an fx , What you reckon pops ? I can't see it myself but suppose its possible
