What are these called? I seen one for the first time the other day, a perfect size for my aquarium, but I thought maybe he was white colored because he was sick. I didn't know it was actually how they looked. My red tiger is losing his color on his top half of his body, what should I feed him to help bring back the color?

Mine is a wild caught oscar, nothing fancy but he is a pretty nice specimen.
