Maybe my pictures aren't as good as I was hoping. His tail isn't as ragged as it looks, its fringed in white as is his dorsal fin which makes it look ragged. The pectoral fins are a LOT longer than it seems they should be, with the first part functional and the second part long, flowing and sort of "flopping in the current". I have looked at pictures of "long finned oscars" and wonder if mine might be a hybrid with one.
