thats a great thread that labitus has a big hump.... still no where near a midas though....

i bought him from Rainbow Pet in LA. he's about 8" and looks like hes developing a head tho.
post a pic.. lfs red devils are usually a hybrid of both midas and devils...

i'll try to get a pic up too.

RD do get humps, and they can get just as large as Midas cichlids.

i thought they did. i seen some in lfs that had huge humps.

Barred midas take on a really prominent barred pattern when they are breeding (hence the name)
