Nice set up.....I would be careful using the windex to clean considering ammonia...other then that....sweet looking tank and aro!

dont worry im always careful using the glass cleaner, i dont spray it directly to the tank, i use cloth to apply it and immediately wipe it with clean cloth. tnx

nice fish but that tank is too small plus, those cichlids are gonna be food in no time.

well my aro is not that big and your right about the cichlids, i already lost 1 electric yellow, 2 other cichlids  well guess survival the game

My cricket crunching aros. 2 silvers and a green (not pictured) ... also it is swiming funny too (at an angle) - eats like a pig though. None are into feeders for some reason (lazy): hikari, frogs and crickets ... shrimp on occassion.

None of the fishies are very friendly either. they are less than 6 months old. Grow like weed though

PS: non aro tank mates are 2 marble pims

Nice, how long has the crayfish been in the tank? I was just wondering since I know Jar are very aggressive and invertibrates are a source of food.

White light tube should bring out the better colur from your aro instead of this pinkish one.:)

808Living,

Thanks for the comments.

MistirE,

That cray has been in the tank for about a month. It has lots of hiding place so guess he might survive there for some time atleast. he has molted twice and survived, so I am just keeping my fingers crossed.

Koji,

Will be adding more tube lights. Thanks for the tip. so far I have the pinkish shade seen in the earlier shots and also a sunglow.
