i am amazed at myself.. other then going the speed of slug... i am doing great in all the numbers.. 60 on range of motion machine already.. must make a 100 for normal.. i have to have it on fopr three hours three times a day.. and ice ice ice and ice.. thanks so much for all your thoughts and prayers and keeping me there
