What are they a cross of? Half wolf half ??? they look beautiful.
I'd say Guyu and Isis are about 25-30% wolf mixed with siberian husky and alaskan malamute.
The big difference in the looks is how recent the wolf blood was. Obviously the more recent the more wolfy looking. Though an experienced vet will still pick out Isis and Guyu for being wolf mixes. OT kind of but the one vet I went to actually told me he'd seen lots of dogs brought in with wolfdog written on the papers that were just mutts but never one that he knew was a wolfdog written down as husky/mal.
Loyal is 25% mixed with husky and we think dad is a gsd mix. Negra's dad is a chow.
Mom was 50/50 wolf/husky she died of a heat stroke last month. I loved her soo much but she was afraid of everyone but me and my sister. She was especially afraid of men. I thought she'd been getting better but it was only when I was around (she was pacing less when I was around and I stupidly thought that was in general). There were three men talking on the other side of the building her area was behind and she ran back and forth until she fell over. I was in the house cleaning. I feel bad because I was going to go bring her in and got sidetracked.
