Tigs and RTC thrive in ph ranging from 6.5-7.8.
Frontosa thrive in pH of 8.0 - 8.5.
I believe they should not be mixed together as Tigs are very sensitive to pH changes or high pH ranges.
Do correct me if I am wrong.

Mqktandy, i see you have some silver sharks, i think from the pics, how are they with the cats, in as being eaten.
I have been told that my 11 inch TSNxRT will more than likley eat my silver dollars which arev abour 3.5 inch and even my Red severums which are around 6 inch.

My barbs have never been eaten. I dont worry about my cats eating fish. they are to lazy. I bet my alligator gar will try to get them when he gets bigger. but they are quick so I wouldnt worry. I am growing out 6 silver dollars to put in there so hopefully they wont eat them.

Only asking rom all the warnings i have been given, still gets me a bit that a TSN or a TSNxRT can eat a 4 inch fish never mind a 6 inch fish, the mouth on my hybris is not more than 2 inch across. I do know they can gob some big food but...
