Its cool, I know they're crappy, even the nicest one isn't that nice haha (IMO the one w/ it in front of the plastic bush)

@ Mike how long did it take you to grow it that large? Or did you get it pretty big to begin with? My little guy I got from you hasn't been growing too quick, but he's been eating noticeably more lately so he should be hitting a spurt soon.

We just got a batch in all 10inches plus,,the one in the pic was the largest of the group at 13in I decided to keep. It will take a long time to grow them out to that size

Ooo nice can't wait to see some pics, that's cool though I like growing polys out. I bet the main reason for mine not growing too much is it took a while to take pellets after I fattened him up on worms for a couple weeks

Mine won't stop hiding in the driftwood but, here some pictures
She's about 7" or so. Hate the fact they seem to grow so slow compared to other polys in my experience.
She is about 2 years old or so

Got it at 3" or so. Seem as I've feed more Shrimp or Tilapia seem to be putting on weight. Pellets are good but, just don't seem to do justice with growth at times.

Does great things for color more so for cichlids and cichla though, I supplement w/ worms and frozen bloodworms too. I should start throwing some tilapia in again, I used to when I only had the red wolf and ornate, they wouldn't take pellet yet. I've heard catfish once in a while does good things for fish digestion or something?

I don't feed pellets anymore because they make my basement reek. Nls and massivore do it. I've had my buettikoferi for about 6 months and its only grown an inch. The teugelsi and palmas I bought in the same batch have grown about 3.

I've noticed decent growth from my 2 small delhezi with a mainly pellet diet but, once past 6" doesn't seem to do what shrimp or tilapia does.
