I'd say yours looks pretty well stocked, I don't know about 'overstocked'. Some might say it's overstocked, but it looks about right to me. Nice setup in any case. Looks great.

How big does the hoplo cats get??or pictus?

I think mine were about 5-6" and very chunky when I sold them on. Pictus would be a bit small for Oscars I think, maybe have a look at Pim Blochii or something similar?
