im sorry but the last few posts are just bad fish keeping. its not overstocking when you can't even provide the proper tank size for the fish

I'm impressed they got that large in a 25 gallon. I honestly thought they would be more stunted than that....unless the measurements are wrong
 
My overstocked tank. The 300 is coming at the end of the month. I still might get another tank to divide these up. Luckily, they all get along. The bluegills have a few squabbles. Then again, that's a bluegill;)

You should be embarrassed that you've kept that poor fish in a 25g for a year.
You should've put him in the 75g about 11 months ago. A healthy hybrid should hit 24" around the 6 months.
