1-Albino Pleco
2-12cm Channa Striata(I think)
1-Bullseye Snakehead
1-9cm Black Ghost Knife
1-10cm Albino Bichir

Anyone know how can I easily measure my fish? I measure them out of water, I wanna know if there is an easier and less dangerous method.

get a tape measure and dry erase marker.....make some marks on your tank where it hangs out if possible....when it swims by your measurements/marks, you'll have a decent idea of its size.
