lol my Jag would kill her, and she would give him some battle wounds. I like to keep my bruisers alone so they don't look tore up all the time.
My female Red Devil was the only thing that kept my Jags and the other fish in check. Have you tried it at least? Female Amphs are great community cichlids if you have the right mix
Ive tried fish with him in the past...always ended the same; he would be "fine" with it until one day I came home to the fish disemboweled with missing eyes. lol
how big is his tank and does it have a couple dozen caves to divide territory and keep them out of their lines of sight ??
Ive not done tankmates since he was a minnow he had large manzanita branches then and larger ones now. He is in a 75 for the moment...upgrading to a 4ft 120 when he is larger.
