Make sure you secure your air pump mine just walked off a shelf and broke a cooling fin. after running for a year the screws in its feet wiggled through....

Awesome setup. Can I make a suggestion? How about a few large sumps, each one draining a wall of your fish tanks? Would make testing water parameters and water changes much easier as you do the change on the sump, not each fish tank. It's how fish shops do it. I think it would be a living hell personally to do individual water changes on all those tanks.

You could also have heaters set to particular temperatures for each sump, so that each collection of fish tanks is at a certain temperature, and also certain water parameters. There is a small risk of contaminating the sump if one of the tanks gets an infection. Or alternatively a system of PVC pipes that go down into the tanks. You connect them all up to a water pump that siphons water out, then just switch it around to pump water back in.
