Love your bird! Late last year I got my first (and not to long after 2nd) parrotlets. They are definitely different then owning other pets, but easy to care for. I love the personality that parrots have.
 
In Trinidad we call these blue gaff parrots although the property name is the Orange winged parrot (go figure)

This is my Elvis. I have him about 6 going on 7 years now and I must say he's started to get a bit nippy now. Anyways,I still love him/her
