SHRIMP, TO PEEL, OR NOT TO PEEL?

i only remove the sharp parts,I believe there are nutrients in its shell maybe calcium (not sure)
 
We remove the tail along with about 1/2 the last joint but leave everything else. It's probubly not necessary for the larger fish but why take chances... for the smaller dudes I just chop it up with sissors and the shell usually falls off on its own. The crayfish and snails take care of it.
