I got a 75g tank with 1 tiger oscar, 2 jags, 2 jack Dempsey, 1Bumblebee african, 1 ice blue african cichlid, 1 Bumble bee african cichlid, 1 black convict, 1 pictus and 1pleco.

I started feeding them quarter sized Frozen shrimp and they loved it Even the pleco is there anything i should worry about and will it help them grow past there expected size?

No worries about the shrimp. Your concern should be that your tank is WAY overstocked. They must be small right now, I hope you have multiple tanks to spread some of those fish around into when they get bigger.

nothing wrong with the shrimp, although I'd use it as part of a varied diet.

The fish store i go to will give me store credit for fish on the larger end so it works out pretty well. I plan to end up with The Two jags, The oscar, The Pictus and a Pleco.

shrimp is good. jus the mix between fish

if you get a pair of jags you will end up with just a pair of jags and when they get bigger mabye just a male jag they can be pretty aggressive when breeding
