Providing your using a good salt, there is no need to dose the tank with iodine. This trace element will be readily available to invert's to allow successfull molts..

The only thing in your tank that's not an invertebrate should be fish.

Fish, amphibians, reptiles, mammals, & birds = Vertebrates

Everything else = Invertebrates
