looks like septicemia from the red patches on the chest and tail are. Do you have any fish in with them that might be a slime coat eater? I lost some really nice polys due to my ignorance of the fact the calico shark was doing swim by slime coat bites....

No idea. All other polys appear to be fine. The only unusual thing about it is that palmas palmas was fatter than normal. His tankmates are other polys, 5 clown loaches, 8 angelfishs, and 1 Black Ghost Knife.buahke;1920691; said:

Sorry to hear it man! At least it doesn't seem like a freak accident like mine and John's losses. But then again, I hope that's not a bad thing. I do see some red on the belly like hemorrhagic septicemia, but it's very little so can't say that's the case.

Those polli we got from Ted, well the one that died was the nicer more bright yellow of the two
I friggin told myself to change the water slower because it the tank was hot and the water was cold, but I got impatient and filled it up. I got lucky the second polli survived.
