Shutting FX5's off and on?

I would try using some sort of feed ring that will float and contain your food as I use in my 300g with a sump/overflows and an FX-5. Using this feed ring will cause the blood worms to fall down more slower than to scatter all over your tank before the fish can eat them.It might take a little time for your fish to accept it, but once they do, you will not have to continue to turn your FX-5 off and on. IMO, 2 FX-5'S are a little over the top for that tank.
