well guess what?!
i "installed" a bubble wall last night and so far he hasnt left it
it is all along the back wall of my tank and he stays in the open on the side with the most bubbles 
im so happy that i can actually see him now!!
Lets hope that he stays out
30 min later....
i guess i spoke too soon, he is back to his spot...
