you mean multiply and live in the tank? no way. However, the blackworms can stay alive for several hours in your tank (that is if your fish don't gobble them up!)
bloodworms don't infest your tank either - they are midge fly larvae that would fly away and would then have to come back to your tank and lay eggs - not too likely I think!
