Siamese twins guppy

I wonder if it would be possible to remove the bottom part without the guppy dying.

To bad its not a female so we could make mutant babies...
 
I had a goldfish fry a few years ago who had two left pectoral fins and a curled oppcurlum. I culled that sh**. Its really cool to see how that guppy has managed to grow like that and looks pretty healthy too! A testiment to your awesome fish keeping skills no doubt
