It is kinda small for him! tank is 4 ft n the fish is like 1 n half feet long, i was gonna sell him bcz i cnt accomadate him nymore! but he lives alone get all the luxary he wantss!! do u believe if i change the tank to a bigger one he iwll be okay?

Small tanks cause stress in fish. Well tanks that are too small for the fish anyway. Stress affects the fishes health in a negative way. Seems to leave them open to sickness. I dont know if a larger tank will cure your aro. But he needs a bigger tank for sure IMO
lool its not that small man! appreciate ur concern , however the problem seems to be Nematodes (Internal Parasites)
Why do you think it is internal parasites? The only fish in the tank right? Do you feed it live feeders?
What about your water parameters? You've done alot of medicating, W/Cs and rearranging of the tank. This can stress the aro even more.
