Sick Cichlids! Please help

Just a random guess...but maybe they have some disease? I'm not too good with fish, but I've heard of fish having some kind of diseases due to poor diets...maybe you fed all 3 of them something harmful one day? idk

I have been feeding them the same thing, which is Hikari Gold Large pellets.
