Hi I am fairly new to discus I bought 5 of them off live aquaria. Seems that one is not staying with the rest and is acting weird and I think he may be sick. He always keeps his mouth upwards and stays at the top of the tank. I'll post some photos too. Please help.

It's either your tank which I read the thread you created or its actually the fish. I would probably bet its water parameters. You have any sponge filters in your other tanks? I would add them asap if you do.

I think it's the fish because the other 4 discus are fine. Eating good swimming good. And my water parameters are fine and I'm about to clean the tank for the 2nd time this week today.

And my water parameters are fine
Not trying to bust your chops, but whenever people state that, "my water parameter is fine", it typically means they've never even tested it.........because since the water is crystal clear, it must be pristine.

And just because only 1 fish is sick, and the rest appears ok, it could just mean that the sick fish happens to be the most sensitive/suceptible............the others could follow suit later on.

I have done water parameters but not for a few days I will do them again after I clean the tank or should I do it now?

You have a new tank and it is questionable whether it is fully cycled right now, plus you have a very sick fish, so yes, check for ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate. If you have any signs of ammonia and nitrite that's not good. However, if there's no trace of any of these 3 things, it means your tank is not cycled, and that's not a good thing either.
