General cure has these active ingredients or seachem met or paragon, (prazipro is also good but does not contain metrondazole).
Medicated food works well also if you can get them to eat it but dosing the whole tank will work.

It is actually impossible to completely eliminate parasites in one course of treatment. It is advisable to at least feed food soaked in medication once a day for a week a couple times a year.
Ultra Cure PX contains metronadazole, praziquantel and flubenazole.
That is as broad spectrum as one can get as an anti-parasite medication for fish gets.
Treating the tank vs the fish is a waste of medication unless the fish are in a small quarantine tank. I would remove the sickest fish to a small (ten gal) treatment tank. The other discus are basically healthy and they are eating. Higher blood and gut serum levels are reached by administering the meds orally.
