If he is eating I would still feed lightly and try soaking some Blood worms in metronidazole. Or, I would soak some pellets in both garlic and metronidazole.

Keep water perfect and keep an eye on things.
 
Whats the correct dosage instructions for Jungle parasite clear? 1 tablet for every 10 gallons, but how frequent do you treat and for up to how long before its to be discontinued?
 
Going by memory but I think it is 1 Tablet per 10 Gals. Treat 3 days in a row then water change (not sure how much is recommended). It says you can treat again after that.

I have done 3 rounds of treatment in a row before but if it is now eating, I'd try to get some metro into him by soaking food.
 
Feed thera+a and treat with pimafix and melafix along with weekly 50% water changes
 
I'm going to soak his food and keep him in the hospital tank for at least another week and monitor him then.. Thanks guys. So far so good, or great really.

I guess my EBJD is just a ball of issues, I noticed one of his sides bulges out a little bit, nothing crazy just enough to notice. Its not both sides mind you, just one. I don't think it's bloat and I dont think its from eating cause he just started eating after almost a week of not.. I tried looking things up on this but failed thus far. Any ideas? I can get a picture when I get home from work tonight...

that would be the best way i would explain the issue with mine. is it getting better?
 
that issue is not getting better yet, i have no idea what it could be.. im just going to feed him some peas tonight, i think its something to do with a stomach issue but really not sure. figure peas cant hurt, only help. until somebody sheds some light on this issue i guess we are a little in the dark
