Sick fish pls help

What exactly is the tank size and what fish are in it? How often do you feed and what do you feed? What are your water parameters?
 
it is a 120 wide with two STs one IT one NGT and one NTT feed them once a day and then on the fourth and fifth day i dont feed them. Recently one of the Dats got hurt so i salted the tank and put mela in the tank to heal the fish.
 
also another factor was i got a new fish from a lfs and it has gotten sick in my tank the first day and spread it to my parrot fishes i treat it with jungle fungus clear and some mela and pimafix and the eyes and fin cleared up
