This fish appears to be pretty old and has what looks like a prolapsed anus. There is nothing I can do to help you. Sometimes they go back, most of the time they do not. I'm sorry.

I see on youtube you have videos of many other fish. Surely you are experienced enough to know, this fish is in very poor health. The condition of his entire body has become weakened. Notice his topline bone is raised from weight loss.
He is probably too weak to even survive medication.
Did you rescue these fish?

I bought it from his owner to try saving him.
I thing I'll try Metrogyl medication. Is to bad if it will dead.

The fish start swimming to eat a floating food today (after eating he goes back to the bottom).
Also I found a thin and transparent stool on the bottom of the tank.

The main issue from my perspective is what appears to be a prolapsed rectum. If the fish has a prolapsed rectum feeding it is the worse thing you could do. You could try treating it with Metro but I can't say with any confidence it will do any good.
 
Water change water change. Make sure the water is the best it can be and test it.
