I don’t know if they are bulging they look like normal catfish eyes

Update: Fish has started to eat again, very little, but at least something. His fins have gotten very tattered despite 50% water changes every 3 days and perfect water conditions. Have 2 other catfish in the tank and they are both fine, fins look great, so I am stumped on what could be wrong with the Jau.

Any updates?

Fish is still kicking and he is eating some. I have been soaking the food in Vitachem hoping he will continue to get better. I noticed he is still not swimming great, It appears that he was getting his fins nipped and the pectoral fins were pretty bad and even to the bone. Not sure if that can grow back completely, but it is enough to affect his balance side to side when he swims.

I am hoping so, I think when he gets bigger it will be less of an issue

Update: fish is still eating, but is still sick. I am going to try some antibiotics in the food this week. Hopefully this helps, still confused as to what is wrong. Fins are tattered still, and not sure why. Only other fish in the tank is a goon h, and he never moves.
