Thanks for the help
The tanks are at my 88 yr old mom's for company
The temp is 78 I misread initially
After water change
I treated with primaflex, melaflex, and stress coat
He appears much better, although his voracious appetite
Hasn't return to full as of yet
He is not staying head down
and moving more normally
I will do another water change
and try the salt with continued treatment
Can't isolate because of the situation
but the lung fish ate everything
the only fish that survive with him are 2 knives one large
an algae eater and a jump fish that stays on the surface constantly

we are both happier

befor i had replies here
i was contacted by dr forster and smith
aquatic help peps
they suggested the pimaflex
as treatment melaflex to help promote wound regeneration

my personal vet also agreed and also suggested stress coat
to help balance the tank from the meds
as well as wound regeneration

i must say again thanks to all would
have and are still offering help
you people rock

i am hoping to go treat the tank again tonite

but so far the lung fish seems to be improving
